Terms of Service

1. The service

Zepharion Pay ("the Service", "we") is a software platform that lets merchants create cryptocurrency payment requests, present a hosted checkout page to their customers, detect incoming payments automatically, and receive signed webhook notifications. The Service is billing software — we are not a bank, exchange, broker or custodial wallet provider.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
• Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) in cryptocurrency. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated.
• New accounts start with a free trial as displayed at sign-up. When a plan or trial ends, payment creation is paused; read access to your data remains.
• Each plan carries a transaction fee (a percentage of each processed payment) which is deducted automatically and recorded in your ledger.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the legality of the goods and services you sell, for any taxes, and for compliance with the laws that apply to you.
• You must not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, sanctioned activities, or the sale of prohibited items. We may suspend accounts that violate this clause immediately and without refund.
• Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. You are responsible for the receiving addresses and exchange credentials you configure. Always test with small amounts first.

4. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". Automatic payment detection depends on third-party services (exchanges and block explorers) and blockchain networks; delays or outages of those services are outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost cryptocurrency, or indirect damages.

5. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, present security risks, or remain unpaid after the grace period. Before termination we will, where reasonable, allow you to withdraw your available balance.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
